Home Cooked Food : Pan-grilled Balsamic Herb Lamb Chop & Linguini Pasta

What could be better than spending a Friday night at home with a loved one? I have decided to cook him a meal.

Pan-grilled Balsamic Herb Lamb Chop. I googled up for the marinade recipe but I’ve decided to estimate my own amount.

Ingredients:

· 5 lamb shoulder chops

· 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil

· 4 tablespoons of honey

· 6 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

· 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

· 5 cloves garlic, minced

· Salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

To marinate the lamb, I’ve combined all of the ingredients together and left it to soak overnight. Topped with a whole rosemary branch as an extra.

As a side dish, I made my own Linguini with finely diced garlic & onions, chunks of chicken ham & chopped button mushrooms. For taste, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, salt & freshly ground black pepper.

The outcome : Grilled to perfection! *Hearts*

A bottle of sparkling grape juice to quench our thirst after a fantatic meal.
